To set up the first ever Cricket Academy in Rourkela, to encourage young boys and girls to take up cricket and to spot, train & nurture the young talent of Rourkela and its periphery and help them realize their goal of playing cricket at the highest level.

Training will be imparted to the young cricketers of Rourkela both in the boys and girls category on the lines of the methods followed by the National Cricket Academy of the Board of Control for Cricket in India by Qualified and Trained cricket coaches and National level senior cricketers.

High quality and modern day cricket coaching equipments and gears will be provided to train the young cricketers. However, every trainee will be required to bring his/her own kits.
