Rourkela Gymkhana continues its endeavour to promote club cricket activities, which has been the back bone of its existence for the last 28 years, with the training and coaching of the talented boys under its tutelage. This will include the boys graduating out of the academy as well as talents spotted by our team of coaches, in and around the vicinity of Rourkela and outside. Top performers from the inter-school competitions as well as local cricket talents will be given special preferences to groom and polish their skill and mental aspects.
